Lyndsey Fry

President and Co-Founder

Olympic Silver Medalist and Chandler, AZ native Lyndsey Fry is the first person, male or female, from Arizona to represent Team USA in ice hockey at the Olympics and the first athlete from the state of Arizona to win a medal in the Winter Olympic Games. Prior to competing in the Olympics in 2014 in Sochi, Russia, she competed on two under 18 national teams and one senior national team in the World Championships where she won two gold medals and a silver. Her hockey career also led her to her education when she had the opportunity to play NCAA Division 1 ice hockey at Harvard University. She continued on after her playing career to get her MBA from Arizona State University. Her love of hockey and business led her to start her own ice hockey camp business, Lyndsey Fry Hockey, which allows her to travel to other non-traditional hockey markets around the Western United States and run camps for young girls. In 2018, she began her journey with the Arizona Coyotes and now serves as the President of the Arizona Kachinas girls hockey association which she cofounded for the organization. As of 2021, Fry has served as the Coyotes’ Radio Color Analyst as well as a TV Color Analyst for Bally’s Sports and the Professional Hockey Federation. Fry has been a motivational speaker and mental performance coach since 2016 and is passionate about helping people find happiness with purpose, on purpose. Lyndsey and her wife currently reside in Phoenix, Arizona. 


Adam Estle

Marketing Director

Adam Estle is the Kachina's Marketing Director and head coach of the 14U A Black Elite team. He grew up in Peoria, AZ, where he fell in love with hockey rooting for the Phoenix Roadrunners. Adam has always loved coaching female sports because of the ethos and work ethic that girls bring to practices and games. Adam is grateful for the support of his wife Kendra and his 4 children who all played hockey. Adam is dedicated to highlighting all of the amazing aspects of the Kachinas program through social media, the website and other communications. He is proud to be part of building a tradition of developing great hockey players and community members who are winners on and off the ice through the Kachinas program.


Zack Savage

Elite Hockey Director

Zack Savage was born and raised in Arizona and started playing hockey at the age of 3, but he never graduated Little Howlers. He started coaching with the Arizona Coyotes Hockey Development department in 2017, where he had worked with many individuals to continue the growth of hockey. He will be assisting with the Matt Shott Arizona Hockey Legacy Foundation focusing on continuing the growth of the game in Arizona. Zack has been with the Kachinas since the first season and enjoys seeing the growth of girl’s hockey and is excited to continue working with the organization including the girls, coaches, and families!

Since 2017, he has been coaching Learn and Continue to Play programs for both youth and adult age groups. He has previously coached the 12U and 14U age groups over the past 5 seasons.

He is a Level 4 Certified coach (never expires). You can most likely find him running around at CCIC or other rinks.


Kaley "Gibber" Marino

Asst. Elite Hockey Director & College Hockey Advisor

Kaley “Gibber” Marino was born and raised in Glendale, AZ. Her maiden name is Gibson which is where her nickname, “Gibber”, comes from.

Gibber played for local AZ associations such as the Peoria Roadrunners AA and the Lady Coyotes before being recruited to play NCAA DIII collegiate hockey for the inaugural St Norbert College Green Knights in De Pere, WI. She possesses a bachelor's in Psychology, and a Master in Professional Counseling, an Associate level counseling license, as well as a Mental Performance Mastery coaching certification.

She was selected for the RMD Player Development Camp five out of her five years of eligibility and was selected to move on to the USAH National Player Development Camp twice out of her three years of eligibility. Gibber had a successful four years in college, being named a Captain in her junior and senior years as well as making the all-NCHA Conference list on two occasions. She returned home in 2014 after graduation and has been involved in the Arizona hockey coaching community ever since. In 2014-16, Gibber held the goaltending coach position for the Lady Coyotes when she then joined ASU Women’s Hockey in their inaugural season as their goaltending and mental performance coach. She finished her last season with ASU in 2022-23 and is looking forward to taking on the role of Kachinas College Recruitment Advisor. Gibber is the chair of the Girls/Women’s Committee within Arizona Amateur Hockey Association and has recently been appointed the USAH RMD Female Goaltending Coach-in-Chief.


Kenzie Pavlack

Development Hockey Director

Kenzie grew up playing hockey in Arizona, being a part of all-girls and boys programs across the Valley. Her hockey career took her to play at prep school in Pennsylvania then NCAA college hockey in Massachusetts at Nichols College. After graduating, Kenzie moved back home, to start her career in Digital Marketing as well as coaching career to develop and grow girls hockey.

Kenzie started her Kachinas coaching career with the U14 Development program in Scottsdale before moving on to coach  both Elite Kachinas and the ASU Women’s Ice Hockey team.
