We're excited to announce that Zack Savage has agreed to serve as our Elite Hockey Director!
Bio: Zack Savage was born and raised in Arizona and started playing hockey at the age of 3, but he never graduated Little Howlers. He started coaching with the Arizona Coyotes Hockey Development department in 2017, where he had worked with many individuals to continue the growth of hockey. He will be assisting with the Matt Shott Arizona Hockey Legacy Foundation focusing on continuing the growth of the game in Arizona. Zack has been with the Kachinas since the first season and enjoys seeing the growth of girl’s hockey and is excited to continue working with the organization including the girls, coaches, and families!
Since 2017, he has been coaching Learn and Continue to Play programs for both youth and adult age groups. He has previously coached the 12U and 14U age groups over the past 5 seasons.
He is a Level 4 Certified coach (never expires). You can most likely find him running around at CCIC or other rinks.
