The Arizona Kachinas are expanding the roles within the local rinks to include Rink Coordinators to serve as the on-site leader for Arizona Kachinas programming at a designated development rink. This individual is responsible for overseeing daily program operations, ensuring alignment with GHA standards, and acting as the communication bridge between the rink and the central leadership team. As the organization expands across multiple facilities, the Rink Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining consistency in program delivery, player experience, and operational execution at the local level.

The Arizona Kachinas are searching for a Safe Sport Coordinator who is responsible for overseeing and implementing all Safe Sport policies, procedures, education, reporting, and compliance requirements within the organization.

This position serves as the primary liaison between the organization, parents, players, coaches, team staff, and governing bodies regarding participant safety, abuse prevention, athlete protection, and compliance with all USA Hockey and U.S. Center for SafeSport requirements.

The Safe Sport Coordinator is committed to creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive, respectful, and positive environment for all participants.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A GOLF TOURNAMENT CHAIR!

The Arizona Kachinas are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to help lead the planning and execution of a Kachinas Golf Tournament fundraiser!

The Golf Tournament Chair will play a key leadership role in bringing this event to life—working alongside Kachinas leadership, volunteers, families, sponsors, and community partners to create a successful fundraising event that supports the continued growth of girls hockey in Arizona.

The Golf Tournament Chair will help oversee:

• Golf course selection and event logistics

• Tournament planning and operations

• Sponsorship development and community partnerships

• Golfer and team recruitment

• Marketing and event promotion

• Silent auction, raffle, and additional fundraising opportunities

• Volunteer coordination

• Day-of-event execution

We’re looking for someone who is organized, collaborative, creative, and excited to build an event that brings our hockey and business communities together for a great cause.
