KGHL Tier October

KGHL is an adaptation of the Kachinas Girls Hockey League. We are working on more inclusive opportunities for girls to play against girls in the state of Arizona. The season is long, these weekends are meant to be competitive and fun hockey games with girls they don't normally get to play with or against.

KGHL will run as a pick-up style gameplay. The games will be reffed by Arizona Kachinas Coaches.

Games Played: 4 games, each team plays each other

Game Length: 2 20-minute periods

Rules:

• Standard USA Hockey penalties, no penalty time, breakaways will be issued to keep play going.
• Stoppages in play. No faceoffs, team covering the puck receives possession.
• Changes are on the fly. No buzzer, will be used at the discretion of the coaches if any girls do her shifts.

Our Tier Coaching Staffs will be signed up throughout the weekend to support the benches. The coaches are not responsible for a specific team, the girls will rotate coaches throughout the weekend.
